Jennifer S. Bair, Aesthetician - Jennifer has been in the skin care industry for 22 years having
completed her initial schooling at Federico’s Beauty College in 1987. In addition she has a post
graduate certification from the International Dermal Institute and a multitude of continuing
education certifications. She specializes in facials and waxing and works with many clients who
have sensitive skin with special needs. She is one of two original staff members having worked at
Images since the Grand Opening in June of 1999. Jennifer books appointments Tuesdays through
Friday and works alternate Saturdays. Jennifer’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Enjoy a
glass of red wine and relax with her husband and friends.
Jillian Wright-Barrow, Aesthetician – Jillian is a 1999 graduate of Citrus Heights Beauty College and has extensive hours of Post Graduate education at the International Dermal Institute. She loves to do all of the services we offer on our spa menu and books appointments Tuesdays through Saturdays. Jillian was previously the co-owner of James Mark Salon and Spa in Elk Grove and joined our team here at Images in August 2008. Jillian’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Go to church and depending on the season, go wine tasting or snowboarding!
Donovan Blazak, Hair Stylist - Donovan is our newest team member at Images, but joins us with 15 years' experience. He has had extensive specialty education with Redken, Toni & Guy, Vidal Sassoon and Bumble & bumble. He uses his continuing education as a means to keep on the cutting edge of the beauty industry. Donovan specializes in total makeovers, creative coloring, editorial style up-do's and make up. He currently books appointments Tuesday through Saturday.
Caryn Boggs – Hair Stylist - Caryn graduated from Federico’s Beauty Institute in 1991, and was immediately accepted to Paragon Salon’s Advanced Assistant Program. She excelled in the intensive program while completing haircutting, color, and color placement classes. As a personal assistant to Master Hair Designer Neill SooHoo, Caryn learned a respect for customer service, professionalism and hard work. She is certified in Brazilian Blowout and has extensive continuing education including courses on advanced cutting and coloring, and Redken Symposium in Las Vegas. Caryn books appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and every other Saturday. Caryn’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Enjoying the day with her husband while attending church, taking a beautiful walk in Land Park together with their dog, and spending time with friends and family over a relaxing dinner.
Jessica Edwards, Hair Stylist - Jessica received her certificate of completion at
San Jose Beauty College, San Jose, California, in March 1995. She has completed continuing
education through Redken in San Francisco, New York and Las Vegas. Jessica specializes in
design and color, special occasion styling and multi dimensional hair coloring. Jessica and her
husband and daughter moved to the Sacramento area in 2001 and she has been working at Images
since May of that year. She books appointments Wednesdays through Fridays from 9 to 4:30 and
Saturdays from 8 to 4:30. What Jessica likes best about working at Images is how the staff is
dedicated to creating the most approachablesalon atmosphere in the area. Jessica’s favorite thing
to do on a Sunday? Spend time with family, enjoy a glass of wine, and wear comfortable shoes!
Lorie Gill, Aesthetician – Lori is a 2002 graduate of the Santa Barbara Cosmotology Academy and has also completed formal massage training in San Luis Obispo. In addition, she has many hours of continuing education through the International Dermal Institute. She comes to our staff from the Bacara Resort and Spa in Santa Barbara. Lori is one of our newer team members, having joined our staff in July of 2010 and is a terrific asset to our team! She is enjoying getting to know our staff and loyal clientele and books appointments daily, excepting Fridays. Lori’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Relax or visit family on the Central California Coast.
Melissa Meda, Cosmetologist - Melissa is a 2008 graduate of the Sacramento City College Cosmetology program and is the Junior Stylist on our hair team. She started working at Images at the front desk in 2006 while she completed her education and obtained her license. In addition to hair services, Melissa does manicures and pedicures, make-up applications, body spa treatments and spray tans. She books appointments Tuesdays and Thursdays and one Saturday a month. Melissa is in the beginning of her career in the industry and loves that at Images everyone is willing to share their knowledge with her to help her to grow professionally. Melissa’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Relax and spend time with her friends and family, pursue her love of photography, and spend time with her dog Squirt!
Terri Lynne Munson, Customer Service Manager – When you call our salon or come through the door, the friendly voice and face you first encounter is likely to be Terri Lynne! She came to us from Oracle Corporation in Redwood shores with over 20 years of high level system administration/customer service experience. She joined our team in April 2007 and has been making the lives of our staff and clients easier the minute she walked through the door. When asked about her favorite thing about working at Images, without hesitation she replies, “Our clients!” Terri Lynn’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Shop for antiques or play a round of golf.
Mary Polster, Owner/Aesthetician – Mary is a 1996 graduate of Federico’s Beauty College and opened Images Salon and Spa in June of 1999. After taking a break from client services to operate Images, she is back in her room doing what she loves most, facials and microdermabrasion treatments focusing on aging skin. She has extensive continuing education at the International Dermal Institute and is currently one of two staff members offering facials using the organic skin care line Eminence. Mary books appointments on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. She is a long time resident of Land Park and is proud to be a small business owner in her own community. Mary’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Turn off the phone and enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends.
Tiffany Rios, Hair Stylist - Tiffany
completed her schooling at Alameda Beauty College in 1991 and started her career in the
Oakland/Berkeley area. In addition to her original schooling she has attended extensive
continuing education through various Redken symposiums and shows and specializes in hair
coloring and blow out/flat irons and is certified in Brazilian Blowouts. Tiffany came to Images in October of 2005 and books
appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Saturday. She loves the
team effort at Images, and how everyone is willing to help each other and our clients. Tiffany’s
favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Spend time with her husband Anthony and her son Rico and
watch football or baseball (depending on the season!).
Erin Vickers-Huff, Certified Massage Therapist - Erin is a 1995 graduate of the Healing Arts
Institute in Roseville and has many hours of continuing education through various learning
institutions including the International Dermal Institute, YonKa Paris, and the Massage Therapy
Institute in Davis. She is one of two original staff members having worked at Images since the
Grand Opening in June of 1999 and currently works on Thursdays and Saturdays. She
loves the friendly and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere at Images. Erin is a third generation
native of Sacramento and lives in Land Park with her husband Andy and two small children.
Erin’s favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Have a glass of wine while cooking dinner for her
extended family and friends.
